iddqd, idkfa, idclip. That's all you needed back in the day

  • It’s out of stock.

    • Give a try couple of times..Or refresh..

      • Still out of stock for me, but get it through G2A…

      • Funny how the price drops to $3.30 when it is "out of stock", then back up when available.

    • Nice.. But I checked there too before posting..it was around $4.90

      • Look at the sellers below, Steam key can be had for $2.86.

        Also:

        • g2a usually has fees if you do not use their wallet system, which I would not want to give my cc info to. So after the fee it adds up to around 4 bucks ish anyway.

EDIT: wrong info here, adds up to less than 4 bucks, see below comments

        • Ahh ok.. Found it.. Btw never bought from them before

        • @youkatei:

          1) Those fees can be taken away by deselecting the G2A shield (they try and push it with every purchase), it really can be had for $2.86.

          2) G2A takes PayPal and authenticates via the same very secure api over https connection that eBay does. If you are OK with paying sellers on eBay via PayPal, then this is no different.

I've been buying from G2A for years, rarely find a case where they are not the cheapest but it happens. Funnily enough they were not the cheapest for FFXV by a long shot, ended up going with cdkeys.com for around $48 with the 5% off code, G2A was around the same price as Steam (~$60).

        • @c0balt:

It still has fees for CC or Paypal without the shield (or at least half year ago). I have no problem with its system itself, used plenty of times in the past few years, but I do have problem with how they worked with keys (stolen key g2a on google, but I am sure you know about this already). Maybe things changed and they redeemed themselves (haven't pay attention to it recently). If that is the case I am happy to use it again more in the future, as for the past year I didn't really find any game that interests me and steam sale was enough for me.

@c0balt: thanks mate.. I will update this info..

        • @youkatei:

You're right about the extra PayPal processing fee, but it shoudn't be more than $0.50 and not the $4+ G2A shield that they try and flog with every cd key unless people deselect it.

Stolen CD keys have appeared on nearly every cd key seller website, but note how the consumer has never been punished for buying those keys? No one got their Steam account flagged because they bought a cd key from G2A. Not a single case. It's all rumor and conjecture from years and years ago. You are welcome to not save on money because of this, but even throughout that whole ordeal I was much happier to save money and still have legit keys that worked with Steam.

G2A did try and redeem themselves a couple of years back from that image by partnering up with a few studios to be a first party cd reseller - but they dropped all of that when they realised that 99% of their customer base just wants cheap legit cd keys that work with Steam ect, and don't care if they are first party keys or not - they just want the best price.

I have no loyalty with any cd key reseller. I just want a cd key for the cheapest price possible and preferably on Steam.

        • @c0balt:

I doubt devs has enough resources or worth the effort to track every single key of their games and send out punishments. But I don't think all the lost income to indie devs (3A studios probably won't care) is "all rumor and conjecture".

But yeah, different strokes different user base, I do agree video game in Australia( and some other countries) is overpriced as hell and it feels like I am burning money when buying on steam/from retail on release date sometimes. I can understand that people has their reasons to save money. Happy gaming mate, good to a have a civilised conversation :)

    • A credit card surcharge can be added on top of that.

Still can't play this game. Freaks me out.

    • game has a liberal amount of jump scares
"this time you won't catch me off guard… THIS time you won't caAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!!11"

      • +1

Yeah! And they're cheap too. Turn on no-clip mode, and you see monsters hidden behind fake walls.

Paid total $3.20 from G2A with paypal processing fees.

    • +1

Thanks mate.. Will update the final price in the post

    • -1

That is obviously without the G2A Shield inclusive price which makes it go to $7.66 before a payment surcharge is even factored in. LOL

How do they think they can charge $4.80 for G2A Shield on a $2.86 game. What a rip off.

What a joke!! : How do I cancel an order?

"Your order has been put on hold by our security system and requires further verification."

To unblock your purchase, please provide us a photo of a valid ID card with the same name used on the bank card or PayPal account used to pay and with one of this 2 options, please:

Please make sure that your firstname and lastname are readable.

    • Tried to pay with paypal. Need to accpet phone call. Now "actually out of stock.

Buying this game is like passing the boss level.

      • Ohh..Which site you are trying.. G2A or Instant Gaming?

        • Was "Instant Gaming". I gave up, and figured out G2A instead.
Nearly bought the CD key instead of steam key by mistake. And got directed to other sellers , but ended up succeeding at G2A direct with paypal.

Will IG try to process my payments later if i ignore them?

        • @manic: I don't think so..but still keep an eye.. Or raise request ( may be using "contact us" page)with IG just in case..

  • I was going to pay for it and saw a Paypal fee of AU$0.74 applied for the privilege of using Paypal now. Is there no end to their savage pillaging?!
