          I just tried send message oversea without success. I am on medium plan. BTY i am so glad jumped from Optus to Lebara. At least it is better reception and 4G speed.

      I'm not a heavy user, it seems about the same for me.

      Lebara is way better than amaysim.

      The downside I would give to Lebara is the lack of a FAQ page. I get the impression of chat support being slightly friendlier, (but I never felt like I had a bad experience with Amaysim chat support either) but a lot of things I would be asking in chat could have been found in FAQ.

    Great deal, really tempted but not sure about Voda. Anyone using the network in Brisbane?

    One big plus of this is the $10 for overseas calls & sms/mms. The rates seems good too, only 15c for SMS.
    Hardly any of the resellers offer this, most make you buy an addon pack for OS calls or SMS.

    The Kogan deal is slightly cheaper , but it looks like to you need a 1 month "premium pack" for $15 if you want to make even a single overseas SMS or call, which potentially kills the value.

      yes works fine in Brisbane. Switch to 3G if you have any problems. Typically I find 3G more consistent for speed and signal. Naturally this depends on what bands your phone has.

      Yes you can. Both 6 months vouchers can be applied on the account after you purchase it even if your National Plan 12 expires in Jul as the limit is 24.

      that does not matter. 16GB is ongoing however any sim activation or voucher recharge has a validity of 60 days from the date of purchase.

          That information is incorrect. We have already requested to amend the changes in this post. But there is no such deadline to get 16GB now. It is the part of the plan and it is ongoing.

    IME calling most countries international on mobile phones gives absolute dogsh*t call quality. I use Skype credit and the quality is pristine. Maybe it's different depending on the country you call but I would say the international calling credit should be considered desperation backup international call credit.

      It will. You can stack up to 24 months. The stacked month becomes active only once the current plan expires.

    Last month I redeemed 4×180 medium plans, but when I checked, my balance lasted until March of 2019 (12 months) and I had a main balance of $320 (2×$160).

    Customer service told me there was a technical issue during that time, you could only stack up to 16 months. They adjusted my balance and gave me two 180 Med vouchers to redeem at a later date.

    Has the issue been fixed now so I can stack up to 24 months?

    Ended up buying a $2 sim from Wooworths as I didn't want to wait for the starter pack to arrive:

    Went through activating the sim and submitted porting request at around 11pm and it successfully started working after 5 mins.

    Does Lebara support carrier aggregation? Kogan mobile doesn't and I only get up to 50mbs download whereas for Belong mobile on Telstra wholesale I get up to 100 mbs download.

    Can i divert my call to my team mate number if i m busy or mobile not reachable say for an example switched off.Is making concurrent conference calls allowed while calling overseas.

    If someone already using lebara, would be pleased if you answer this as i read the critical information summary,its confusing.Called their customer service first one said call divert not allowed but conference calls can be made.while talking the line got disconnected and again spoke to other person , she said call divert possible but conference call can not be made.she said she will get the supervisor to give me a call back in 24 hours.i am not sure.

    First i was with vodafone red share plan with unlimited international calling but they took it out off the plan.so i moved to amaysim where i got calls diverted but conference call not be made.So i transferred to Lyca now where call conference can be made but call diverting not allowed.

    here lebara no info about conference calls and says voice call diverts not included by third party set up, even the customer servce official don't know what it means.

      Spoke to customer service you can buy before 16 april midnight but the voucher is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase .So you can use it later once your amaysim monthly plan expires.

    anyone having trouble activating this sim? i keep putting an address in and it brings me back to the personal details page.
    Edit: called them up, had to put in a fake address in sydney to complete activation, then log in to account and change address to the real one.

    Hey @outthere - your lebara activation process is broken - the payment/credit card embeddeed window doesn't work on chrome - shows error/grey… (i switched to edge browser and it worked)…..suggest someone fixes that
