    Chrome OS tablets will hopefully fix that up, but I'm looking forward to Windows on ARM once it's properly optimised.

        Spring Update around the corner, 64-bit ARM SDK by mid-year, constant iterative updates between major updates, Windows Core.

        By the end of the year they'll be a clear-cut m3 and i5-U competitor. Early adopter prices are totally insane though, yes.

    I don't agree, we have a Samsung S2 and an iPad at home. The Samsung is a much better pad I think, comparing both.

        It's current , well v7 I think of android. The tablet was new last year.
        The tablet version of android was many years ago v3 in 2011 and stopped when they realised it's not needed, like iOS, one flexible platform is all that's needed for many sized screens.

  Lenovo make one of the nicer android tablets with a reasonably stock interface. The previous generation had an inbuilt kickstand which was nice.
