+1 this is the worst device I've own from Logitech. My headphone is falling apart and it take forever to sync with the wireless Dougle.

Yeah I have it keep having to flick the mic up and down to have it turn on because people can't hear me. But hey it's got rgb….

I have had a set of these since they got released and have had only minor issues with them. Occasionally the mic will refuse to unmute but a quick power cycle will fix that. Other than that they have been great!

I upgraded from the old G930 headset which was falling apart and had sync issues.

Sidenote: I did however get some lambskin ZMF oval earpads from here, and wow, although comparatively expensive, IMO these made the sound quality even better (better fit round ear?).

  • I've had a positive experience with these headphones for approx 2yrs up until the last month or so. Now it won't always automatically pair with the USB dongle and I have to re-pair them (sometimes) with every use. Friends have mentioned they have had this issue shortly after buying them, guess i was lucky for a couple years. They seem to be pairing OK at the moment, but its definitely a common problem.

    Would not recommend these..

  • I've had these for a while, headphones I have to mess with to get them to recognize in the software, had to do firmware updates every so often to get them to show up, annoying as hell. I was thinking of going backwards in firmware to attempt to see what happens. but other than that, they last for hours and are great for use with a vr set.

  • 3 of my friends and I all have the same headset. They ALL have issues… no support from Logitech…. NEVER AGAIN will i touch this brand.
