I bought this machine during the last promotion and actually got the refund and the credit by choosing the "other", not sure it will work for everyone though. Hope it might help.

The redemption page is quite confusing. Amazon is not on the participating store dropdown list but yet there is another "another store not listed" selection on the dropdown list then online is preselected. There is no knowing if the cash back will come through.

I think you've confused the DeLonghi promotion with the Nespresso promotion. They are being run separately.

Note that this capsule machine is made by De Longhi and not Nespresso as such. The included milk frother is a separate electrical device not shown in in the photos on the site. We gave it away (too messy) and use a microwave on the milk. We bought this set about three years ago and it's never missed a beat, the heater tank hasn't even been descaled, although the valve between the water tank and the body leaks (a little admittedly) onto the bench incessantly. $92 is an amazing price. L'Or (most supermarkets) has an huge range of capsules to suit at about $0.40 a cup (no coffee aficionado trolls please!!)
Yeah the description states includes Aeroccino. Why is it messy? I find it very well made and if you clean it after each use it is perfectly fine.
