Frozen or Canned for salads?
If I am packing a salad for lunch to go with whatever protein is leftover from the night before, and I want to add corn kernals, would people reccomending adding some frozen ones and letting them defrost before lunch time, or canned ones? 400g canned corn is usually around $1 per can
Neither, use beans, chick peas, butter beans or a 4 bean mix. Healthier.
yep I mix it up with those, but for the times i use corn, im still curious, frozen or canned?
Frozen is cheaper so I go for frozen. Just defrost in a cup of hot water. Same outcome.
