Hi all,

I have developed an app to help prevent phone addiction, which operates on the simple principle of blocking you from using your phone! It does this in 3 ways:

• Immediate distraction-free time (free): this allows you to lock your phone for some duration immediately.
• Schedule time (premium): setup times/days for which to lock your phone.
• Geofence locations (premium): setup locations where you don't want to be distracted.

These promo codes are for the last 2 features, which are normally available for $2.99 as an in-app purchase.

  Hi, are you still able to make phone calls with this app on? Like, is the app only blocking the use of other apps etc?

    Hey, yes the app will allow you to temporarily unlock the device if you really need to use it. If you're in a phone call or receiving a phone call, it will automatically get out of the way while the call is active.

    These things can all be customised in the settings (unlock duration, auto-block for phone calls, etc).

  Hmm interesting!! Can this app be used on iPads and tablets to say regulate screen time 😂 So I don't have to keep hiding the iPads and changing the passwords frequently

    Hi! It could definitely be used for that purpose, however it is unfortunately Android-only so if you have an Android tablet it should work great!

    It doesn't aim to be 100% 'secure' though, so it's more useful to prevent distractions rather than lock out other people from the device (a determined user could find some ways around it).

    Sorry about the format of this offer (promo codes). About 40 of the codes have been consumed already but I have no way of knowing which ones.

    I'll consider this in future, and maybe just discount the app for everyone for 24 hours.

        Yeah I agree this happened last time with the Straya app. When codes are printed and used randomly, it's easy to waste up to an hour trying different codes (depending on how many there are). I only tried a few from different positions in the above list and just gave up, I'm not doing it again, it's just not worth it.

        Thanks OP for the codes though, but yeah discounting the app for the first 50 downloaders (can that be done???) is probably a better way.
