I bought an ITIL course from these guys in a previous deal.
The teacher speaks Indian accented English (I mention this because it is slightly less easy for me to understand than British or American English, though the presenter is well spoken), and is reading from a script. They don’t know the material they are reading, evidenced by some mispronounced specialist terms.
I needed to get across the material swiftly to be able to have a novice level understanding, so it was adequate. It was, however, dry and tedious to listen to.
I can’t recommend it.
