So I've been waiting to get this deal for a while since I bought the smart grinder (also on sale and posted here: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/377296)

      im interested in knowing the cost, if any for the repairs? call out etc.. Ours is almost 3 years old and this is our first minor issue.

      From appearance it looks like worn seals, hot water outlet and wand are dripping small amounts o water whilst the machine is on. Other than that, we're very happy with our 920, 2-4 coffes a day.

      Ive also had my almost 2year old beville grinder replaced under warranty 5 months ago too.

    My BES900 is over 6 years old and still going strong. Only fix I've done is to replace the square gasket under the solenoid. Touch wood.

  My preinfusion pump has started playing up. About 4 years old and used every day!

  Waiting for the new model to be released and will make a warranty claim :)
