    Agreed, great game!!

I stopped playing it after an hour back in the day. What a load of garbage it was. I wouldn't really call it a "game" either.

This game requires more than a single digit IQ to understand, Sorry.

I like the part where the protagonist becomes Keanu Reeves. Such an intellectual plot twist, glad that we Rick and Morty fans agree.

Your fedora wouldn't fit on my pinhead.

        • @joeflacco:

You don't wear fedoras because your man bun gets in the way.

I think people are unironically liking his "Indigo Prophecy players = intelligent" post. Hilarious.

    S8 is not compatible?

    • It's compatible with my Nexus 6P - If that can run it your s8 will be fine.

    • That's unfortunate. It seems like developers can have a multitude of reasons for having an application to be incompatible with a specific device based on device features/hardware, platform version, screen configuration or even business reasons. 😞

    S8+ not compatible either

  • Seems very like the PC one 12 years ago

  • Couldn't get it to work on Pixel 2. Refunded.

    David Cage is watching

    • +2

      But who watches David Cage?

  • +5

From the creators of Heavy Rain, Nomad Soul, Beyond Two Souls and Detroit

  • Have it on steam. Prob don't need it on android..

I wonder how those twin stick QTE segments are going to play on a touch screen. I thought they were the worst.

I played this game in 2014. It came out maybe 10 years before that.

Let me tell you, its gameplay has not aged well.

I think the gamepla was always a bit rubbish - crappy quicktime events. But I still finished the game. Story was interesting.

Even by David Cage standards it was not good gameplay though.

You had tank controls which I'm not a fan of. And he tossed in these frustrating stealth levels. This game was made at a time when everyone was shoehorning at least one unnecessary stealth level in their games. Not even the mighty Zelda was immune from it. At the time, Splinter Cell and MGS were the big thing and everyone wanted a piece of the stealth gameplay.

Another gripe I had was in the design. When you talk to people, you only get a set amount of time to speak to them. So you can only ask a certain number of questions. But if you skip the dialog, you get to ask more. The time you're given is fixed. You can't ask as many questions if you are listening to the voice acting instead of skipping it. Why am I being punished for wanted to see everything the game has to offer? Isn't that what a dev should want you to do?

I remember having quite a number of gripes with it, but it's been 4 years and I don't remember anymore.

The story was intriguing to begin with. There was a lot of mystery. But when the answers started coming, I was a bit disappointed by them. I didn't think it was that great. But I do appreciate a good story driven game. I liked Heavy Rain, which was the main reason I played this.

Wouldn't recommend the game unless you like bad movies. You can buy it for 20c (AUD) less on Steam right now and since it's an old game, it'll run on practically anything.

Just wanted to say this is an awesome game. Contains pretty shitty graphics but revolutionized the interactive game genre back in 2005. Should be a must buy for anyone who wants a compelling storyline with different twists. Being a David Cage game, you can also find some stuff to laugh at as well.
