There's one next to the George Street cinemas. According to the locator there are 7 in the vicinity of the CBD, so you must have been staying away from the CBD.

I love frappuccinos, but they do contain a lot of calories, around the same as a big mac!!
Free public transport on Friday = I'm so going down just to grab me a nice, cold frappe at half-price. Haven't had one in ages!
