$16.05 off Your First Uber Eats Order (McDonald's Only)

80

I just received an email from Maccas Australia. They are giving away a free Grand Big Mac (unique code is provided in the email).
I am assuming you have to be a member for the Mcdonalds App to get the email.

I am not a new user and it still works, the code is valued at $16.05!

  • I'm confused.
How does myMaccas app relate to Uber Eats app?
    Aren't they completely separate systems?

      Hey,
I'm a registered mymaccas user. They used my email to send me the email to redeem a grand big mac from uber eats app.

Hope that will clear things up!

McDonald's doesn't have a specific "delivery" system straight from out stores, so we use Ubereats for 3rd party delivery and still call it Maccas delivery.

  • Received email as well but used Ubereats before, upon applying code "This promotion cannot be applied since you have ordered Uber Eats before"

    • Sorry to hear,
Cant you just create a new account?

      • Isn't the Uber Eats app the same as the Uber app, and it's tied to your phone number?
i.e. you need to get a new SIM to create a new account?

  • $16.05 McDonald's order, thats worth like 2 extra kgs on your waist line.

    It's not $16.05 off, it's a free burger.

    • When you apply the code in uber eats app it shows up as $16.05 off

      • OK, so my bad I guess, but this could perhaps be worded better. What does the free Grand Big Mac have to do with anything ?

        • I am assuming the amount is equal to ordering a grand big mac with delivery fee

        • @cciputra:

So do you have to order the Grand Big Mac at the cost of $16.05 ?

  • Just got a promo sent to my email which I used. Firstly Uber charged my credit card $1 for adding it then was charged another $15 for an order that was meant to be $3.95 with my maccas promo. Is this normal?

    • I think $1 should just be the validation/pre-approval thing, and it will disappear after a few days..

      • Just checked again and now I got charged another $3.95. So it was a $1, then a $15 and then a $3.95 for my meal which should have cost $3.95 with the promo added. Not sure what's going on there.

        • I've used ubereats twice and both times they've messed up my codes. A 50% hit rate of them honouring them after I rang them.

  • Scan of email?

  • Too confusing bought some Domino's instead.
