  • Bear in mind, its 28 days and not the full month. I'm not sure if they allow the full month on adding automated payment methods.

  • +1

Do we need to stay connected for 75 days (the cashback claim period) to qualify, or can we stop after the first month?

    • We can stop. Nothing on the terms said otherwise.

  • +1

When do we need to activate by ?

  • So is it $30/ per 28 days thereafter? Because that would be expensive.

    • Yep. $30/28 days after initial SIM order which takes care of only the first month.

Notification Date 19/01/2018: Existing customers who purchase or renew the Unlimited Plan S on or after 31/01/2018 will be charged at the new rate of $30.00. The discounted price of $9.90 will only be applicable to New SIM order

This seems like a better deal well I mean more conservative and less prone to bill shock for those that might not know how to handle these things carefully.

3gb data only though but same stuff unlimited oz talk and unlimited text and unlimited lyca to lyca. Great for small data users.

    • If you don't need the calls to the included countries the Spintel offer for 6GB for $23.95 and 10GB for $25.95 per month might work out better value overall, They use the Optus network and not Telstra like Lycamobile are…. Might be worth a check into… link below..

  • T&C for cashback to be eligible isn't clear enough. e.g. Do you get the $8 cashback only upon activation of the new SIM or otherwise?

    • +1

Correct it is not very clear.

      • +1

Shopback has added below on the T&C. Looks like aside from the $9.90, a top-up/bundle is a needed. As I can see, the lowest top-up value is $10. OP, you may want to add below on your post.

        • Thanks. Added.

  • I bought this as I have used it in the past. AFAIR, I had 15 days to activate from the day of purchasing.

Not sure what is the last date to activate this one. Anyone found anything?
