How Do I Claim My ANZ Qantas Credit Card Frequent Flyer Points

Hi there OzB fam, I've looked in my internet banking account, on the website, searched google etc but can't find how I claim the QFF points. I've had the card for about 3 months or so and made the min spend about 2 months ago but the points haven't shown up in my QFF account. Do I need to ask for them from ANZ or something?
Thankyou for your help/advice. Credit card noobie here.

    My Points appeared in my Qantas FF Account automatically about a month after I did the required 'spend', so no need to take any action.

    What did ANZ bank say when you called them? Surely that was your first step?

      No, that certainly wasn't my first step.
      Asking here first was step 1. If no solid answer, step 2 is calling them.
      Surely calling them would be a last resort until nothing could be found?

          Why would I be joking? Just because you personally think calling customer service lines is the first step, doesn't mean others don't think it's down the list. I'm not in a rush, and I certainly don't want to be on the phone for 10 minutes or longer waiting to hear an answer from an overseas call centre.

          No need to act high and mighty lol. I asked the question here. Got my answer (amongst a bunch of 'call them, idiot' spam.)

      • How do you know what people are telling you is true or applicable to you?
        Anything anyone here says is all "maybe, probably, could, should" and if we tell you a lie or false info that puts you in a more unfavourable position, you can't sue/complain/report us to authorities. The forums full of armchair lawyers/doctors/professionals.

        You might as well call the business who actually has the power to look into your account and skip all this "maybe, probably" crap. If they mislead or lie to you, you have someone to complain to.

    You'll probably get it on your 3rd statement as I did if you met spend requriements earlier

    As @bourb says, they land in your QFF account automatically either after spend threshold reached or 3 month period is up, i.e. after the third statement.

    Just wait.
    If the points aren't there after the 4th statement something is up. Ring.

    Have any points been credited or is it the bonus points that you are asking about? If zero points have posted to your Qantas account then you need to ring ANZ as there is probably a problem with your QFF number.
