  • I had the Rinnai 26 installed by https://www.productreview.com.au/p/australian-hot-water.htm, in the North Shore
They did a fantastic job, all done in 1 day, cleaned up everything, no additional charges to what I agreed, and it works very well since then.
At the time they said their model would only have a $300 cashback, turned out they were wrong, and I got $500 refunded by Rinnai.
With cash back it was about $800.

On a note, it takes about 15-20 seconds till the hot water arrives to the shower head.

  • Is this for new install only?
I have gas in my house and i'm using it for the hot water system. I would like to buy a bbq and a portable gas heater using my existing connections. Would i be eligible for the rebate? Lastly, do we have to buy the equipment from a certain supplier? Thank you.

  • +1

Terrible, terrible company to deal with, especially for installs - had to go to the ombudsman to get anywhere with them.

    • How long ago/recent was this?

    • Jemena?

      • Yes, had them put on the Gas in a inner city street. Took 6 months, even though other people in the street had gas as well. About 2 years ago - have a look at other review sites - they have terrible reviews.

        • Good thing you don't install these appliances through Jemena then.
