  might be worth checking before posting, I looked at a few items and they were more expensive than focal prices regular prices. Unless of course focal price has now changed their regular prices

  I did a spot check of a few items and the prices were the same as focalprice. That Mophie pack is 50c more on iThrough.

    Plus if you grab a couple of other things up to $50, you get $3 off, so that takes $2 off the Mophie.

  I just wanted to repeat my review I just posted on the iThrough site, for anyone who is tempted to buy anything there.

  (this reviews is for the MOPHIE Juice Pack Air for iPhone 4G)

  What's the difference between ORIGINAL and GENUINE on this site? This item is branded MOPHIE but the packaging and instruction manual kinda smell of being a cheap knock off, my package was all sduffed up and there are several spelling errors in the manual. The price being much lower than RRP also supports this theory, if this is a GENUINE MOPHIE product, mark it as such, otherwise warn people they are getting a knock-off.

  That, and my unit hasn't worked since the second day after I got it. It took one charge then discharged and charged my phone fine, then I attempted to charge it again and since then it will not take a charge unless I remove my phone from the case, kinda defeats the purpose, no?

  The hoops I have had to jump through to get warranty support from iThrough are also disappointing. After nearly two weeks of correspondence, sending many many photos and descriptions of what was happening and finally demanding a replacement unit they want me to send the broken one back at my expense, why? It doesn't work and I have proven this fact, why not just allow me to chuck it in the bin (recycling, obviously) and send the replacement? I finally negotiated this but iThrough still want me to pay for the shipping of the replacement, which amounts of 1/3rd of the original cost!

  I wouldn't normally air my dirty laundry like this and I have to admit I wasn't expecting any sort of after sales service from a site like this anyway so at least they're trying, but maybe try a little harder iThrough and your customers will be much happier.
