    It is very expensive for what it is. Bundle1 100Ah AGM $200(Considering 130Ah are down to $225) plus a $150 max worth of electronics. So an over the top price would be around $500?

      The Power Hub alone retails at $499 (I picked one up for $360 a while back). But with the charger and battery this is a pretty good deal at $699.

        I have seen the same "plastic box" retail for even more. Pretty crazy stuff for a plastic box? Imagine if you could find it selling somewhere for even more? Imagine how much extra savings you could claim you are making?

      You not comparing apples with apples. You may be able to get an AGM battery for $200, will it have a 3 year warranty and quality name behind it? What about after sales service? Does it have exactly the same features? Same brand and spec of chargers and inverters? All of the different plugs for different devices? You say its an expensive "box", for your purpose maybe it is; for others it as a very tidy, sealed and convenient package for them that is easy to use and very portable.     Prices from eBay:

    Projecta PowerHub PH125 $372 delivered.
    Fusion 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 $1179 delivered.
    Projecta 12V AUTOMATIC 10A 7 STAGE BATTERY CHARGER IC1000 $189 delivered.
    Total: $1740. Seems like an O.K deal

    If bought the battery from these guys and used an eBay coupon for the other parts, it'd be around $1567.

    Can the battery be charged whilst in the power box? Eg Anderson connector input for charging off the car while driving?

    We recently got hit by a cyclone and was out of power for 3 days, makes you go crazy in the heat. i was looking for something like this and found the Arkpak 730p with sinewave inverter, i have an APAP device, so i think i need a sinewave.

    Does anyone know if this is better than an Arkpak 730p?

      Sorry to hear about the cyclone, i had family up there and they were without power for 8 days and they were going insane. This is Projecta's version of the ArkPak. Specifications are very similar and both have a 300w pure sine wave invertor. Projecta are well renowned for their quality and exceptional customer service. Really comes down to what is going to be the best value for you.
