    This is a joke, there are only 3 chairs available in the whole NSW according to the lady on the phone at Casula. Why bother to limit 8 per customer? I believe this is a bait advertising.

      To be fair the stock levels software at various places seem inaccurate whether it be the actual in-store one or online through the website. I've had this happen in-store at Bunnings and at Officeworks - online and then when I called the store to confirm, they said they saw they had stock but couldn't find it in the store and referred me to another store.

          Ahh if they physically checked it all good. The guy I spoke to seemed to do something in-store first, which didn't have stock and then had to put me on hold to check the warehouse - which did have stock.

      Not true. I bought 8 black chairs today from the Auburn store. They had another 13 black ones. Might grab another 8 tomorrow. Decent chairs especially for that price.

    Recommend calling ahead before hand if you can get on to anyone that is. A few items listed as in stock but once I got to the store it turns out it and the surrounding stores are completely out of stock.

    Impulse bought 1 x Elijah Grey couch and 1 x andi. Shop said they only had one left in stock so had to pull the trigger. I'll tell my wife when she gets home.

    This company is a scam. Last time they cancelled the outdoor dining set I ordered despite previously calling me saying my order was on back order, saying they was unable to fulfill the order. But holla upon checking the website the set was then back in stock at full price. Appalling service!

      As inconvenient as that experience was for you - what's the scam? Advertise but don't sell people furniture?

      I wouldn't know, wasn't there, but I would I speculate it was on back order, word came back from the manufacturer or whoever that it was being discontinued, then they didn't update the website before you checked it or it reflected stock available in another state.

      It wigs me out when people have one bad experience at one location then feel the need to paint that entire chain with the same brush for the indefinite future.

          Yes I read all two lines of your post in full.

          You said the item was listed as back in stock on the website. That does not mean with complete certainty that that was not done in error. Or maybe it does, I don't know. I'm just speculating. I think there's a greater point to my comment - why hold such a grudge based on one experience? How is Amart a scam?

          Ahh cool, I asked the same from online chat and they said no rainchecks, but I found a store about a 45 min drive out that had 1 new in stock.

          Its comfy and is a good size/height. I went to my local store and got the dark grey myself. The light grey is nice, but it will show up stains and wear worse I think.

    No Zeta chairs left at my local store, but they said there is another chair called Otis which is similar but with wooden legs, normally $69 but also down to $10 each. No stock of these either but said they would be in mid July and I could order them in! Paid for 8x of them in full and will be notified when they arrive :)

      I wanted the Otis chairs, went to two stores, but told me that it's not $10 and it was a pricing error. I showed them a screenshot since the Otis was showing on the website banner for $10 but they wouldn't honour it since the chair was showing a different price on their system.

    Thanks OP. I bought 4 Berrick chairs today in Brisbane for $5 each from one store (would have taken 6-8) and 4 Zeta chairs from another after they held them. Thanks to the staff for their help in organising this. Missus away for the weekend and I will cop a blast but who can argue at that price. Cheers.

    Disappointed

    Called up on Fri put a deposit down to secure the stock. Drove down on saturday with a hired ute (40 min drive for pickup) to the store, inspected display model all good. Paid the remainder and drove to warehouse.

    Warehouse spent 30 mins looking for it and could only find one of the cartons. The second carton is missing, apparently a barcoding issue with this unit (scanned as 1/1 but should be 2 pieces).

    They are checking on Monday if the second piece is somewhere else (main warehouse) but I'm not sure they will find it. I can imagine they shipped the other piece to another store and they have 1/1 sitting there.

    sigh fingers crossed I guess
