I wouldn't worry about it until you start seeing our local made loch ness monster soup ladles flying off the shelves and being shipped over to China.
They do kinda look cool, but looking at the display picture, try to imagine what the table would look like if you had actually been using the spoons..

I got these last year for like 1c. I got 2 in total. They do look cute but they are surely not good for the intended purpose. There is a reason why ladels and soup spoons dont have legs. With legs it means the sauce/soup drips and gets more messy.
