    You got an email notification? I had to find out through Ozbargain, then went into my amazon orders - cancelled. No notification, and what sucks is I (We?) miss out on using the $20 voucher promo, which could've been used for something else

    If anyone had their order cancelled and are still interested, the headset is back in stock through Amazon AU. Just chat to customer service and ask if you can re-order at the original order price and let them know that you used the promo code. They will credit the difference your account for the purchase.

        I was offer $20 credit as well to put towards the headset bringing it down again to $59 is that what you got or you got $20 to keep and they reordered for $59 venom?

          I had already requested compensation after the order was cancelled and was offered $30 credit (rather than just $20). So I applied that credit to my order (was in chat at the time of purchase) and gave the rep my order number and he reduced the price to $79 so in the end it cost me $49.

          Can't say everyone would get the extra credit, I was just a squeaky wheel I guess.

      Thanks JTP, Talked with chat, got the $20 credit and adjusted price to $79, bringing it down to $59. They even gave me priority delivery for free instead of the standard option, so I'd have it by the weekend.
