Pretty sure this runs all the time. Just google TM Lewin and you will get this offer. Anyway they are decent shirts but I have found a few of the non iron shirts super itchy, even after several washes.

      Just google TM Lewin

But this is for CT shirts lol?

      • +2

Yep, targeted advertising by CT :)

    • They are fantastic shirts!
But yes, the non iron are itchy.

      • never found the non iron shirts to be itchy myself
Do they use a kind of chemical coating/ physical process to make it non iron
perhaps a few people may find it irritating and therefore itchy?

        • +1

          Yes, maybe my skin.
I don't think the non-iron makes much difference anyway.

  • Also cashrewards has 12% cashback! (not sure if works)

    • doesn't work, if you load CR the discount disappears.

None of the ones that I've got are itchy and I have about 10. However, what I have found is that the quality is different between styles. My tip is to order loads of them and then use the free returns. For my last 3 shirts I ordered 12.

    • +7

For my last 3 shirts I ordered 12.

You're going to ruin it for the rest of us.

    • +1

Just to save on returns - do you have links to any which you found to be the good quality ones?

    • I think he meant TM Lewin are itchy.

I own both and prefer CT.

TM is typically a heavier cotton and might be more suited to Melbourne.

champion - was trying to buy shirts this morning and could not find a code - thought I might have to hold off a while —— then BAM - your post comes along!

  • +1

Pretty sure I saw this every couple months..

    • +2

      See vs saw

      • +3

Perhaps he lost his sight recently?

  • Can't seem to get the offer to come up on the site, only have access to the 4 for $220 deal. What am I doing wrong?

    • +2

I'd recommend refreshing your browser cache or using incognito then using this link, it should refresh the homepage with the offer.

      • Thanks, the incognito trick worked. Ordered a few.

  • Is there a shop I'm melb sells these for try ons?

    • +2

No but there's free returns and the sizes are a bit more generous than usual so if you look halfway decent in a fitted shirt, order the super fitted ones first.

  • Just realised that all the super slims are cutaway collars :(

    • lol even the collars are super slim
not that CT ever cuts corners

      • CT Shirts: we cut collars, not corners.

  • +1

Even the super slims super fit?) are far too large for me… (1.88m 90Kg)… I wear Bell and Barnett 41/42, but I had to send all CT back last year (free return, no issues, worth a try if you are not sure about the size).

    • +1

Does my head in that I must the only one who found the slim ones a bit too huggy and am now ordering classics.
I am a bit chubby but I can see my toes :)

    • Yes, any wide shouldered, slim waisted male (not me) would probably be frustrated by the lack of fit around the torso even in the slim fits.

Great shirts, great company and great service though, will probably get another set of 3.

    • +1

I'm about the same size and weight and I love the fit of the super slim. Wouldn't want them any tighter.

Every body is different I guess.

      • ***I must correct that I ordered the Extra Slim, NOT the Super Slim.

It was a long time ago, but I remember I was happy with the support team and the free return, might try a smaller number and the super slim… :)

    Here's a size guide: http://www.shirtdetective.com/charles-tyrwhitt-review/

I'm 185cm/83kg, got the 39cm extra slim last time, and while they are fitting around the neck, they are a bit tight around the chest. Using the guide above I think I'd be better off going 41/extra slim (super slim would be ideal but I don't like cutaway collars), rather than 39/slim which I'm certain will be too baggy.

    • Thanks for this info, I am roughly the same size as you and looking at now going with the 41.5. Are the shirts a good tight fit around the chest? Dont like the waste area too baggy.

      • Just to be clear, the units used in that guide I linked are inches, and the column on the left (collar size) is the size of the shirt. 15.5 in -> 39 cm, 16 in -> 41cm, etc.

I got the 15.5/39 collar, and while I like them fitting as well, it was just a bit too tight around the chest; wearable, but uncomfortable towards the end of the day. YMMV here.

  • Can anyone advise what the quality of the shirts are like compared to say the brands of:
    1) Herringbone
    2) Rhodes & Beckett

    • All my Herringbone shirts deteriorated around the collar reasonably quickly. Haven't had the CT shirts for long, but it seems one of their features is how robust the collars are. Time will tell.

    • Wore 3 CT shirts every work day for over a year, no noticeable deterioration on the collars, cuffs or body of the shirts. One has a small repaired tear in shoulder from getting caught.

Their lightweight pullovers are a different story though, one of mine started to fray and break down after only one wash. The other has been fine since last winter so could be an outlier.

Their shoes have been fantastic. Overall the quality of their products is top notch. I bought a significantly more expensive Rodd and Gun shirt at the same time last year and it looks a lot shabbier than the CT shirts with less use.

      • Good to know. Their shoes come at different price points. Could I ask which shoes you bought and what they cost? Thanks

Looking to buy a pair or two myself

    • @ azndoom

I own R&B & CT shirts & both are great brands & suitable for office work. R&B definitely have the edge in terms of quality IMO. Their Egyptian Cotton feels fantastic & shirts are durable.
That being said, I predominately only buy CT because their shirts are still excellent & significantly cheaper.

      • they do have Luxury shirts @ $120 a shirt- not part of the deal- possibly will compare to R&B

and Egyptian cotton trellis weave shirts- these are part of the 3 for $99

        I have not tried either

  • Does anyone know if I can buy 3 for $99, then return 2 of them, get my refund of $66 and ultimately only buy 1 for $33?

    • ultimately only buy 1 for $33

      In theory you possibly could
Personally I wouldn't order three knowing full well that I would be returning two, as it would be in a way ruining it for the rest of us

    • Wouldn't they then simply charge you for the single shirt price with postage (~$65)?

      • Actually yes, they would refund $34
        Didn't think of that

  • Can't find that deal via link.
    Anyone see it?

    • I'd recommend refreshing your browser cache or using incognito then using this link(http://www.ctshirts.com/99nbau), it should refresh the homepage with the offer.

      • Got it thanks.

  • Damn, don't have my size anymore (Business, slim, 46/86cm)
    :(

    • Thank heavens my sleeves are 91cm

  • i want to try once before buying. is CT available in any retail shop in Melbourne cBD?

    • No.
If they did we would have to contribute towards their inflated rents.
And they would cost heaps more

I went to their how to measure section on their website and took a punt

Ended up with the right collar size, and was slightly off on the sleeves by 2cm. Returned them and had no issues since. Returns are free, since they have no retail outlet, they know we can't get it right always :)

  • Deal ended? Using 3 browsers, 1 of them in icognito and I dont see anything

    • try clearing cache
I can still see the deal

    • +1

Yep you're right, this one should work however, will update.

      • 404 Not Found
Page that you are trying to request cannot be found.?

        • Lol my bad, it's this www.ctshirts.com/2gb , hyperlinking in comment didn't seem to work.

        • @doweyy:
where do you keep finding these links doweyy lol

        • @docians:

          Previously expired deals :)

      • By any chance is there any cheaper chino deals?

  • I think the sale has been pulled? Can only find polos for the 3 for $99. All shirts are coming up as $39.95 regardless of how many in the bag. Tried multiple links, incognito, clearing cookies and expired deals.

  • just checked
last link that doweyy posted above still works for me

also just noticed that some of their chinos are discounted to $55, from $70 last week

  • What's been average delivery time for ppl to Australia?

    • one week or less

    • Ordered Thursday received on Tuesday.

  • Anyone have a new 3 for $99 link? doweyy's one shows up initially though comes to $119

    • Getting the same here, too. :(

      • Where's Doweyy when you need him?
I expected the price to go upto 36 with GST but this Highway, er online robbery lol.

What's alarming is that despite seeing the 3 for 99, and choosing the old season shirts, it still works out to $119.

If enough of us refuse to buy it at $119, hopefully there will be a new link.

Maybe it's a glitch in the system and life will be back to normal tomorrow

        • +1

The 2GB works again, I just tried it :)

Actually it doesn't in cart.. It says 3 for $99 on the page, but then puts $119.01 in the cart, I'll have to expire it argh.

    • I'll have to expire this as the link works, but it comes up as $119, not sure why it does that.

      • don't expire it yet Doweyy
it is 4:42 am on sunday in the UK
May be the IT dept will sort it out :)

  • maybe $119 is the new $99
    unless Doweyy comes through :)

they have also amended expiry date of the Doweyy's deal to 31/07/2018
