Just wondering if anyone has bought these weight vests from aldi in previous years? Or had any feedback on having used one from elsewhere?

Can they easily fit over a tshirt so perspiration isn't direct? And are they quite uncomfortable?

Had knee surgery so I just wanted to (one day) add extra weight to get my leg in a couple of months time 'ready' for post surgery sports, and figured I coudl bump up fitness by performing at 10 or 20kg "heavier" in my gym training.
