I have emailed Tribe to try and work out why it didn't work - it worked for me previously but when I went to website moments ago I also received the error you noted. Will post further information if I receive a response.
Response from Tribe is that the 30% off cannot be used with any other voucher / offer - it did work when I purchased but I guess they have blocked it now…. So cannot use 30% off with either 10% off first purchase or free shipping on orders over $150.
'oioioi' code is correct however and they have extended its validity till lunch time today - I tested the 'oioioi' code part and it does work this morning (10:00am qld time).
No I am not a rep - I'm offended at the suggestion. I really hope that the rest of the Ozbargain community doesn't attack new members the way you do. Refer to the Ozbargain wiki about the effect of negative votes on new members and when negative votes are appropriate - after this experience I'm not going to bother putting another deal up here. The code worked for me.
However - here is the text of the email that they sent to me:
"Hi XXXXXXXX,
Thank you for your email. Happy Australia day! The code oioioi should be working Ok, we’ve extended its validity till lunch time today. If you still have any trouble at all, please do not hesitate to pop through an order with a message and we’ll manually adjust the pricing for you to reflect the 30% discount offered.
This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other type of discount.
If you’re stuck, give our shop a call on 07 40 983 778 and we’ll pop a telephone order through for you,

If they have not applied the 30% to your order correctly I suggest you phone them to correct it. If you haven't placed your order I would also phone them and ask the 30% to be applied to your order as you couldn't get the website to work.

Thanks for the code - I made on order yesterday using the code and received the 30% discount and the free postage. Great service from the tribe store as well - they personally send a confirmation email. Anyway, Dr_Leecy - good post and keep up the good work - I'm a new member as well and would hope that people are a little more open minded esp on sites such as this one!
"The coupon code you have entered is not valid". oioioi doesn't work Australia day, didn't work on 25th either.
there is no provision to enter two codes so only one discount code can be entered ie the 10% off first order. Tried to enter only the oioioi discount but it doesn't work.
