I hate this website. It cost me money but also saves me money. Brought a few grey baseplates as the large ones hardly ever go on sale and the kids always need them for their lego play. Why are Myer excluding all the Ideas and Creator sets lately off every flat rate Lego sale? You shouldn't be able to advertise 25% off Lego on the front page (like on their main website today) with absolutely no terms and conditions suggested and then exclude particular items. It's baity and misleading.

My local Myer has 9 x Taj Mahal sets sitting in a pile, I guarantee they'll never move, and yet Creator and Expert are never on sale. Such a shame.
Myer had them for 20% off a while ago. I got DJ to price match then used my 20% DJ gift cards from ebay.
If they never move, they'll go on sale eventually.
That's how we get good sales, by not buying when not on discount!

Looks as though various things have different initial reductions though, and some things are the same price as last night, or am I missing something?
For example, Speed Champions are reduced from $23 to $20. The 20% off Pick20Myer Code brings it down to $16 but that's the same price as yesterday's deal.

its been an error on the ebay site i think since day 1 that the discount applies to those items. nearly 50% off. i jumped on them awhile ago thinking they would figure it out. they havent.
Awesome. I Just got 2 of the RC racers for my boys at $70 each instead of the usual $120 at Myer (although only $90 normally at Big W and Kmart it is still a bargain). Both boys, little and big, will be happy. Its a great little set.
Dam didn't realize there were such sets where its RC. Cool. However my youngest isn't into Tehnic sets. Considering its RC that's a good price. Yeah Big W is probably the best place to get Lego on a regular day.

Guys this deal sent me on a long ranting dive into Legos and I think I want the 75192 Star Wars Ultimate Collector Series Millennium Falcon set. It's $1300 on the Lego website though, and the cheapest Aussie stock I could find that would ship the item was here:

I realized the one I linked has $35 shipping while shipping is free from the official Lego site, also you get bonus credit or something on the official site. At that small price difference, I think I may just go with the official source if I do decide to pull the trigger. But I'm finding a hard time justifying spending $1300 on a Lego, not to mention explaining that to the Missus. Oh boy.

If you bought the ones already on sale you should be fine. If off the regular price then probably no so much as there will be 20% sales off till end of year. Big W and Target seem to have the best prices for stores.
