oh… didn't see the promocode above

    • What's with the neg? It's a great deal. Thanks OP!

    • You know the previous cotd rep got oz-bashed to oblivion….

  • connected externally or internally? Unsure as just got an xbox 360 recently with the 4GB drive.

This is for the original Xbox 360 model. It's not compatible with the new one.

  • internally

If you just got an Xbox 360, then it's going to be the slim model (Xbox360 S). This looks like the drives for the previous model so they're going to be incompatible with the new Xbox Slim.

So I think Kargerz probably meant it's connected externally (unless the pic is wrong).

      • mines the new one just got for xmas with the new 4gb kinect pack. Thought I would have to connect externally but just wanted to check.

    Meh.
For anyone wondering you can connect these hdd's to slims, but you have to take them out of their case, and sort of slide it in to your slim, unless you buy a case for it.
Even for original models, this isn't really a deal.

This isn't as cheap as the previous members deal from last month. COTD had the same hdd for $78.95 delivered after a $25 discount coupon was applied.

Guess they still have plenty of stock they can't move. Since most people already have hdd for there console, or got the previous deal from COTD or have the newer 360 slim.

    • It's an alright deal (I missed out on the members deal from last month).

BTW, it's $84.15 shipped to an address in Melbourne, not $87.
