      Why not? RRP means recommended retail price. DeLonghi can recommend one retail price for a new unit, and it can recommend another retail price for a refurbished unit if it wanted to. Who's there to stop its recommendations?

      But to say you will save 60% off the price of a new unit, only for it to be a refurbishment, is I think grossly misleading and probably illegal.
