  Depends on your circumstances - if you have club catch already or can be bothered doing 10% off giftcards this is a better price. Further, this appears to be local stock, kogan stock is grey (Kogan HK) - whether this matters idk but it is a difference.

  They are very comfortable and sound quite good. There is a drawback in that they dont pair with two devices at once so to swap between use with my phone and laptop I have to repair or turn off bluetooth on one of the devices.

has the price been updated? says $259 + delivery or club catch eligible brings it inline with kogan, but add the 10% discount cards its a better deal on catch
