  • Is this card a good deal or is this one better?

    https://www.americanexpress.com/au/content/business-credit-c…

Which bonus points are worth more?

    • As a starting point … The OP one is for QF points. Your one is for: "Transfer your points to a choice of 8 airline partner programs - Asia Miles™, Emirates Skywards, Etihad Guest, Malaysian Airlines Enrich, Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer, THAI Royal Orchid Plus, Velocity Frequent Flyer and Air New Zealand Airpoints™". So it will depend upon what you are trying to achieve and how you value a point (are you cashing points in for toasters or flying J or F as an example).

      • Thanks for the tip, I'll be using points for flights

  • Alternatively Westpac Altitude Black + AmEx Black up to 120K QFF/Altitude points for 2x$3k spend and $499 fees (or $300 fees and 95K points for Westpac Black + AmEx Platinum), no ABN required.
All of these deals lost me at the fees. 🙅‍♂️

  • Do a search for the finder.com deal for 90k qff with first year free. That's still current and works out better. Only catch is 6k spend if you want all 90k points, or 75k with 3k spend.

  • Wasn't the bank issued Amex getting discontinued?
My Westpac Altitude black discontinued the Amex, but they seem to still issuing this to new account?

    • yeah it was discontinued, but this is some new deal not sure of the specifics, but I think the AMEX black card now comes directly from AMEX..?

      • I have one and it comes from American Express and you get two statements each month.
