Same, just looked at reviews of the Vis a vis 78cm which I think OP is mentioning.
5kg and 90L of capacity seems pretty average….
Also reports of it cracking?
Just a note lifetime warranty will only apply to specific conditions. For hard case that cracks, They will offer full replacement.
Soft luggage where there is a hole on fabric will not be replaced unless it's the stitching that comes off.
I've been using Crumpler luggage and both hard and soft luggage hasn't failed me yet.
Has them for a few years and they still work well. Only travel twice a year though.
Was there many hard luggages left?
There was one large suitcase there today, but it was a tad battered - there also seemed to be one out the back but not sure if it was being held.
Nada just two crappy large ones on display. a few soft cases left. Lots of other stuff though.
Thanks, OP. Got a Rampaging Mob (L) for $100 (the last in that box, for today at least), and a Private Zoo for $30! There were a couple of boxes of samples/seconds. Not too many good, hardy backpacks available, with most sold being the drawstring bags, bum bags.
They have dropped the prices from yesterday. They had some proper backpacks for $5 but I already have a bunch of bags so I couldn't justify. Was very tempted though.
