  • If only this monitor weren't so damn ugly I would totally buy this.

    • Front on, it's pretty benign, but I agree the back is shocking.

This is an $850 panel anywhere else right now, though I suspect we're going to start to see a budget line of 1080p and 1440p 144hz panels roll in.

    • Not a fan of the back or headphone hook either, but it's good price for the same panel as Acer XB271HU and Asus PG279Q.

  • I'm currently using 24" 1200p panels, but want to "step up" to higher ppi ones.

Does anyone have experience with 24" 2k/4k or 27" 2k/4k? Any recommendation for one looking much better, or Windows being 'too' or small on the highest ppi (24" 4k)?

  • I was just about to buy the MSI MAG27CQ (https://www.pccasegear.com/products/42505/msi-optix-mag27cq-…)
This has got me tempted to get this instead…

    • If you have an AMD GPU, get that. Otherwise you're paying extra for G-sync on the AOC without benefiting from it.

      • Yeah I got an nvidia card so could benefit from it. The IPS panel makes it more tempting for me
