      Im still using the chinese version since initial release.. Upgraded firmware to 1.0.4(SD_CarDV_1.0.4_ENG) last weekend to enable english voice prompts only. App on Android is also english and I don't have any issue and I don't need english voice commands.

    I just opened a dispute with this seller on PAYPAL.

    They did not ship out my order in 2 weeks time. I requested cancellation, they confirmed that. Then I purchased same item from other seller.
    Then in 4 days, they sent me dispatching email.
    Now they refuse to cancel my order and refund me.

    Suggest not to buy from them. They are operating very inefficiently and their attitude is arrogant。

      Typically, you should confirm cancellation/refund before buying another one.

        They had confirmed with me that they blocked order from dispatching on live chat, and that they would process the refund.

        They are just not trustworthy.

        Also I raised support ticket to cancel the order in the same time, they replied me that if I wait for shipping, they will give 300 points.
        They did not wait my reply before they actually dispatched it.

        Live in a unit near a construction site. Open plan kitchen in the lounge. Black glass surfaces everywhere. Had these running for two months and wife, who was against my buying these, has commented on how much less dust collects on surfaces, most noticeably on black glass ones. Sorry short abrupt sentences. Typing with one hand on bus while standing

    Bought a KZ ZS5 earphone with mic, and the accompanying bluetooth kit on 26/5/18. It's been a month, and it is still not here. Now they say, no refund unless it is not delivered by 26/7/18. That is 2 months delivery! Based on tracking, it has been dispatched and reached Sydney on 4/6/18. I am still trying to get them to refund, but without success. Today, they informed me that it is waiting custom clearance and custom officer will contact me directly. All nonsense and excuses, basically delay tactics.
    I also bought a Xiaomi USB LED light a week later, but that was received more than a week ago… so go figure.

    Pretty decent purifier, but… for manual mode it only runs for 3 hours and automatically switch off. Sleep/auto mode is too slow. Great for small room but might as well get a smaller machine. This purifier is big and high speed mode is loud! Have to say it’s still a great machine, just be aware of the cons.
