    Sounds like refurbished?

That is roughly $34/TB for a used drive, I think you can do better than that.

The ironwolfs were $34/TB for the 8tb not long ago and that is local stock brand new with warranty.

  • 4 Months warranty? No thx. Not a deal.

  • Actually just checked my paypal invoice and works out be:

$180.83 USD for the drives or $255.72 AUD

and $34.86 USD for shipping or $49.30 AUD

Total $305.02 AUD or $152.51 per drive

    ~$30.5 per TB

  • | “RECERTIFIED NEW…4 MONTH WARRANTY…UP TO 20 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING & SHIPMENT TO YOU. USUALLY HALF THAT TIME, BUT DO NOT EXPECT FAST SHIPMENT!”

That means that they did a smart check on the drive, wiped it clean and sell it as new? They'll throw in 4 months warranty, why not.

    Doesn't sound fishy at all.

  • Recerified new? Seriously? Old used refurbished is what it should say.
