  • What other pans are comparable at $31 delivered?
    I'm eyeing the wok too

  • Doesn't say how thick the steel is for pans or the wok ?

    • it's pretty thin. Thickness is pretty much the same as your ordinary non stick pan. Definitely not thick like cast iron. That's why it's lighter.

  • What's the difference between Carbon Steel Fry Pan and Non stick fry pan??

    • Non stick using a non stick material/layer such as teflon which is susceptible to damage after which the pan is useless. I've added a link in the description for some education.

    • Non stick coating will wear out pretty quickly if your using metal spatulas and stir frying at high heat as woks are intended for. Carbon steel requires a little more care.. you need to season it before you start cooking to give it a natural non-stick coating. You also need to make sure you dry it well as its not stainless and will be susceptible to rust if you don't take care of it.
