Yeah those were the initial builds …in 3 years Denon made quite a few changes to this thing.
I pick up one from Newstead store just now and playing it …definitely awesome for $75.

Do you mean changes in the DSB100 itself, or the change from DSB100 to DSB150 (both known as Envaya Mini)?

In Reality, probably not much difference between JBL Flip 3 and Denon DSB-100 but i bought one anyway - I'll give the one that is most underwhelming to a family member. Cheers.
The build quality would be better than Flip 3, I just listened to a few songs via youtube, it is better than JBL and UE in my opinion. I have owned Megaboom before and had return it due to unrechargible battery. Since the RRP of Denon is twice as much as the Flip 3/4, you would imagine at least me would imagine a higher build quality. Not a big fan of UE products as many of unreliable and expensive.

Got mine. Took 4 days. That's pretty prompt delivery in my book. The sound is great. The soundscape is really wide which is astounding for such a small device. Loving it so far. Now let's see how the battery holds out. Kudos to the OP.
Did anyone get there's and find a few black marks on their speaker? I'm wondering if some of these were refurbished. Mine doesn't appear to be 100%. Maybe old stocks.
No such issues here. Mine had a clear plastic film on the outside of the box, and the box itself was taped shut, so no signs it had been opened/refurbished in any way.
