  • Semi-dupe. This was mentioned in this deal: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/389119

EDIT: Ha… neggers are an odd lot ;)

If it's a dupe, please report to mods rather than negging the deal.

Yes, you're right. Neggers are an odd lot.

Not expired and not a dupe

    • I expired it based on the comment from steveandbelle. The expiry somehow got removed.

  • Hopefully this will sow the comparison. Still not sure which one to get.

For those like me who didn't know what a Rotary Hammer Drill was.

Good ol Aldi keeping these bastards on the hop

  • Does anyone own one of these? Are you able to comment on the performance?

I am trying to decide on buying one of these while they are cheap or buying a more expensive corded one.

    • I have many Ozito tools and they are great. Ozito is Bunnings home brand. Made in China but with a 3 years replacement warranty. That means that you take your destroyed one to the shop and get a brand new one from the shelf.
And if you are not happy at all with the first one that you buy, just take it back to the shop and get your money back.
It's not a Makita, granted, but does carry an hands down awesome warranty that's for sure.

The Power X-Change range are re-branded Einhell tools. Einhell bought Ozito to gain access to Bunnings. These have a 5-year replacement warranty. The grey ones with the 3-year warranty are the crappy Bunnings tools.

          Oh, thanks.

          That Akku-Heckenschere looks deadly.

      • Are you sure you can get your money back? I was at Bunning yesterday. The accessory is missing in the box that I bought. They refused to swap another one or upgrade to a better model when they saw my mitre saw with saw dust on. I only used once. They won't do anything once the tool has been used. Quite unfriendly.

        • Yep, I've had absolute no-questions-asked instant replacements, upgrades or refunds when returning a few Power-X-Change items. The Mitre Saw isn't part of the Power-X-Change range though so maybe they have different rules for the normal Ozito range versus the Power-X-Change range. It could also be down to the particular store and staff too. Not sure.
