Hi,

Thought I would share this excellent news with my beloved fellow Oz bargainers:

I had an Email yesterday from TPG Advising of a new data upgrade on their mobile plans.
I am on the $34.99 plan and my Data was upgrade from 9GB a month to a whopping 15GB a month. My plan includes unlimited calls & texts to AU numbers as well as 100 international mionutes to any country.

Other plans are:

$19.99
- Unlimited calls & text to AU numbers

$29.99
- 10GB Data
- 100 international minutes
- Unlimited calls & text to AU numbers

$34.99
- 15GB Data
- 100 international minutes
- Unlimited calls & text to AU numbers

$39.99
- 20GB Data
- 100 international minutes
- Unlimited calls & text to AU numbers

I have been a customer with TPG for years and I have absolutely no complaints what so ever.
FYI: They use the Vodafone network.

BONUS
They're currently offering a 50% discount for the first 6 months on their mobile plans for new mobile customers

Enjoy

You could quite possibly be the first and only customer to say this about TPG.

the $20 non-refundable prepayment really irks me with tpg mobile plans

    • With the help of TIO I got mine back

    • yeah i couldn't be bothered with TIO…but i have sworn they have lost my business forever.
      scammers…

The $20 pre-payment doesn't seem to apply for these plans.

Prepayment is no longer required on TPG mobile plans. There's still an optional prepayment, but that's to use not included features, like additional international calls or whatever.

Also of note, MMS are finally included!

The $19.99 plan has 4GB of data, this is missing from the above.

This is double the data of iiNet/Westnet, for the record they are owned by TPG.

    • So is there any change to this plan with this announcement or does it stay at 4GB?

      • their reply was they "do not offer price matching with a different provider".

        which is pretty rich.

    • iiNet/Westnet are on the Optus network, TPG is on the Vodafone network

It say 'No lock in contract', so can we signup for 6 months at the 50% off special price, then cancel after 6 months?

    • Joined last week for this.
Smallest plan for $10 per month with 4GG and unlimited calls.
No contract, leave when you want.
