not nearly as good as last years offer where stuff worth $1069 was free
    Santa's not generous this year

    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/318973

    last year we had

    FREE Australia-wide delivery
    FREE FlexrStep™
FREE FlexrHoop™ with ball & pump
FREE FREE Care Pack, Shifting Wheels & Ground Anchors absent this year
FREE tgoma – our world-first innovation! absent this year

Delivery is free if you choose installation
Installation is not the easiest, I remember reading an interview by the inventor of the trampoline, where he said his only failure was making it easy to install

So overall not nearly as good as last year's deal

    In addition you will need
    cover $249
    shifting wheels $99
    ground anchor from $79
    sunshade $99
    installation $200
if you are buying the Tgoma its another $200 when buying with a trampoline ($399 on its own)

whilst the trampolines are good, they are by no means the cheapest ($1000 to $2700)

With a bit of luck they may have a similar offer around October

OP I will buy if you match last year's offer :)

        Thanks for replying OP
at least you didn't do a post and run!

I am actually signed up and almost ended up buying a Springfree last july
had a few queries so called the Oakleigh shop
person on the phone didn't know the answer
they took my number, and said they would call me back (famous last words)

I am signed up, and am actually quite disappointed with this July's offer
I have been following deals and usually July is when you have the best offer

      Installation is not the easiest,

Installation is a bitch ahaha, 100% do not do it on Xmas Eve :P

      • We do have installation available for purchase if you are having a harder time with it :) However it is completely designed for mum's and dad's to install themselves. We have very helpful instructions and videos online to assist you if you choose to install yourself! We also have very knowledgeable staff which can walk you through any part of the installation process, just call 1 800 586 772.

  • do you guys have a bungee trampoline?

    • -1

Thanks for your enquiry, although we don't have a bungee trampoline, we proudly supply the only Smart Trampoline. We offer various accessories which are available for purchase that provide additional fun to your Springfree Trampoline! We also come with a 10 year warranty on all components. If you would like to discuss our trampolines further please do not hesitate to give us a call on 1 800 586 772. Kind Regards, Springfree Trampoline

  • +1

Why are they cheaper in CAD,USA and NZ ? ( After converting the exchange rate)

    • +1

      Competition
      Surprising about NZ though

Eg Australian lamb usually retails at a third of the Aussie price in Dubai simply because there is competition with lamb from other countries.

    • The cost of Springfree Trampolines and accessories in each market is based on the economy and competition within each individual market. Therefore they may differentiate between countries.

We like to see prices. Bargains have prices. We have done this dance before.

    • Hi PJC,

We do state you will receive a value of up to $529. This provides you with pricing of the savings you could potentially receive with this promotional offer!

      Kind Regards,
      Springfree Team

      • At OzBargain example bargains with direct links and obviously prices assist shopping. You've achieved 69 clicks in 27 hours at Australia's largest buying community.

  • OP you had stated We also come with a 10 year warranty on all components
does that include your sports bundle ?

    • Thank you for your continued communication. The 10 year warranty applies to the trampoline only. Accessories hold their own warranty periods. The warranty on Springfree Trampoline accessories (except the ball which is 3 months) is one year from the date of purchase. Hope this information helps!

      Kind Regards,
      Springfree Team

      • +1

So you were not right in saying all components :)

        • 7 Springfree Trampoline reserves the right to limit, end or change the terms of this offer without notice.

        • +1

          @PJC:

I thought you were on our side lol.

In any case this was stated in OPs response to the Bungee jumping query and not as part of their Ts and Cs or as OP would say T's and C's

        • @docians: I suppose OP might also claim accessories are not components.

        • +1

          @PJC:

          Sure he might.

Found out that Springfree recommends that trampoline safety nets are changed every two years or earlier if damaged.

Despite the ten year warranty it's at your expense, a cool $350-$500 every two years!

        • @docians: Obviously that makes this deal a fantastic bargain. And "Valued up to $529" for the Free Step, Storage Bag, Hoop, Ball and Delivery enhances the value perfectly. Isn't that right OP?

        • +1

          @PJC:

          OP does not work weekends
          And the deal expires today
Guess we won't hear from him until the next deal

        • @docians: What a shame. It was such a great opportunity.

        • +1

          @PJC:

          Till the next time, ciao

        • @docians: Another deal like this would be immensely beneficial for us all. Best wishes to you.

        • @PJC:

Don't follow? Did you buy one?

        • @docians: Alas, I am too late. How many did you buy?

        • @PJC:

I was waiting for you to go first, and tell me what a bargain it was.

Your heart will be gladdened to know that the offer has been extended to COB, Monday the 16th ;)

Which means we can have a tēte a tēte with OP again :)

        • @docians: That would be delightful. It is of course unreasonable to expect safety nets to remain safe beyond 24 months. Furthermore a spare net should not replace the Free Step, Storage Bag, Hoop and Ball so generously provided in this offer.

        • @PJC:
Given that the safety net costs between $350 -$500, over two years, that's <50c- < $1 per day. Bargain! ;)

        • @docians: Indeed, and if one is fortunate, with moderate usage the ball might outlast its 3 months warranty despite frequent impact with the aforementioned safety net.

        • @PJC:

Looking at the price of their best seller large square 3.4*3.4m

With the lot, including installation, delivery, cover, wheels, anchors, maintenance pack and the promo it works out to $3800.

Of course they have a service where a chap comes in measures your yard and recommends the best fit for $80. But that is refunded if you subsequently buy it.

Add to this the fact that they only recommend one child at a time, and also a change in safety net every two years, it works out to be an expensive investment to let my kids bounce at 90% safety. More than one child, irrespective of the size of the trampoline drastically reduces safety.

So it does not even encourage group play!

        • @docians: There is an easy and obvious solution. Purchase one for each quintuplet. And they will each get a hoop which, if they are careful, might last more than a year.

        • @PJC:

Or perhaps a basketball and a hoop.
Cheaper, they can play together, the net is a lot less expensive to replace, and ball will last longer than 3 months

        • @docians: Cheaper still, tell them to imagine they have personal trampolines.

        • @PJC:
Or just go to the experience centre where they can jump to their hearts content

With one person per trampoline it is roughly 30 minutes per child

        • @docians: Which is of course vastly inferior to OP's magnificent offer of a Free Step, Storage Bag, Hoop, Ball and Delivery (Valued up to $529) When You Purchase a Springfree Trampoline

        • @PJC:

Thank you for your ongoing feedback and communication in regards to this offer. Please note that it is a 10 year warranty on all components of the trampoline. The accessories are a different product, therefore having their own warranty period.

In regards to the lifespan of the net, as you have a 10 year warranty on the Net, if any manufacturers defects occurr during this time, it will be covered under the warranty terms.

We hope this helps to answer all of your queries :)

          Kind Regards,

          Springfree Team

        • @SpringfreeTrampoline: That is absolutely marvelous. I still think Member docians should purchase one for each quintuplet, don't you? There are no prices whatsoever in your description.

        • @SpringfreeTrampoline:

Actually OP it doesn't answer my queries

the information on the trampoline says the net should be replaced every two years (or earlier if damaged)

Now since the net is not a high impact area unlike the base of the trampoline, is the replacement (as recommended by Springfree) covered by the ten year warranty

          basically
Springfree says replace net every two years
the net is covered by a ten year warranty

is the replacement of the net covered by your ten year warranty?

If not, why do you advise us to replace the net every two years?
to the best of my understanding, the net is there for safety, if we don't replace it, it us unsafe (otherwise why would you recommend changing it)

if it is unsafe, and it is recommended we change for safety, and it is under warranty, shouldn't it for the sake of safety, be covered under warranty

        • @docians:

Thank you for letting us know your concerns. Our Springfree Trampolines does not have labelling on them stating to replace every 2 years although I believe other brands may.

          Kind Regards
          Springfree Team

        • +1

          @SpringfreeTrampoline:

I suggest you have a look again OP
what you have stated above is false
I have been to your experience center and have seen the label myself

May I repeat myself by saying Springfree Trampolines does have labelling on them stating to replace the safety net every 2 years (and suggest with all due respect that you have a look before stating otherwise)

If you cover my petrol, I am happy to drive back there, take a picture, and post it here :)

        • @docians:

Thanks again for your feedback, this maybe an older labelling system prior to our current testing and offering of a 10 year warranty against any manufacturing defect that may occur.

With this warranty you can have peace of mind that should any manufacturing defects occur within 10 years, the net will be replaced

          Kind regards

          Springfree Trampoline

        • @SpringfreeTrampoline:

          No, OP
this is your new and current labelling.

The current models which have a ten year warranty have labels on them stating that nets need to be changed every two years.

You have obviously not had a look, so it is pointless having this discussion with you. But am more than happy to have this discussion with someone who has knowledge about your current product

Despite having a ten year warranty, your current model has a label stating that the net should be changed every two years. Is this change covered by your current warranty?

If you do not know could you please check with someone who does know, rather than repeating that you have a ten year warranty, which we are well aware of

        • @SpringfreeTrampoline: OP, Member docians is clearly not referring to manufacturing defects.

  • sadly OP has left without providing us a definitive answer or bringing in someone with a better product know how

    • That is rather unfortunate. I wonder why OP's company purchased balls with only 3 months warranty?

      • +1

the three month warranty would be in the fine print
you spend 3-4000, and take your frustrations out on the ball
four months later you contact the company, thinking you have a ten year warranty
that's when you probably find out that the warranty for the ball is three months

at 18 months when the rest of the basketball kit falls apart, you realise that there is a 12 month warranty on the kit
That's when they probably tell you that when you replace the net at 24 months, which is not covered by the ten year warranty they will give you 10% off on a new basketball kit:)

        • What a great deal. Such a shame it has expired. And all the prices were a secret. How intriguing.

        • @PJC:

Op figured nobody would actually bother going to the site had he posted prices

        • @docians: Surely not. OP's excellent strategy achieved 75 clicks in 127 hours. He's probably busy with numerous orders.

        • @PJC:

Perhaps that is why he tried to sidestep my query. He probably thought I was a lost cause, n decided to focus on his numerous orders

        • @docians: Yes, to be fair, that is a very likely explanation.

        • @PJC:

Was just passing by, I thought I'd check for net feedback; no such luck

        • @docians: They must have sold out. After all …

Christmas has come early at Springfree!

… this EXPIRED deal was a stunner.

        • @PJC:

We will look our best when don our Billy Bones beanies, before we jump and flip here

        • @docians: Now that would be a new definition of style. How festive!
