  I have one of this and the Bose QC 35, this HD 4.50se quality is crap. Do NOT buy. Parrot Zik 3.0 is cheaper and better.
  BTW, thanks for the deal, I'm not complaining about the deal, it's about quality.

  There's also the Sennheiser refurbished stock as in https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/390228, the HD 4.50 BTNC is $149.95
  No original box, perhaps no manuals but full accessories.
  They come with Sennheiser 2-year warranty, with 30 days to return them.
