    Me.

      You love me long time?

  • You can get 4pk of Precision Clean for $14.99 Delivered from eBay, as an alternative.

Fake. Unless you buy from chemist warehouse etc, I wouldn't risk it. I know - bought dozens from different sellers on ebay

    • Seems expensive, i usually wait for Costco pack to go on sale. Which I think it comes down to $20 for a 8pk + 2x cross action.

    • i remember reading on whirlpool or here about someone complaining that the logo scratching off the head

      • Never get fakes. I've used fakes before, the first bit which usually breaks before the toothbrush is worn down is the metal axil/pin that is in the head.

I haven't managed to swallow any but it is a choking hazard. After the 2nd time it happened, i stopped using them

Yeah. And I got negged for mentioning fakes up above. Go figure

Variety pack of 4 types of heads, $20.50 before discount. For those that want to just barely exceed the 20 buck min spend.

  • Yeah, I got these for $20 cpl weeks ago. Not that great a price, sorry.

  • I've had my oral B 7000 for a couple of years now. I swear the power of the brush has decreased now.

Time to buy a new one or is it all in my head?

    • Yes they lose power, happens gradually so you don't notice it until you buy a new one and see the difference.

That's why I only get the cheap Vitality one for $20 every year or two.

      • They do.
        The 500/700 series last longer.

You can replace the vitality's with an eneloop and it'll be brand new. (Im going to try on my 700)

        • Why do the 500/700 series last longer?

        • @Circly:
They have a NiMH battery instead of nicd (vitality)

        • i replaced the battery on a 500 a while back. iirc the eneloop was slightly longer and i needed to cut some plastic tabs out of the battery holder to make it all fit in. and i think it leaked slightly at the top where the stem goes through the rubber boot, so put some sealant around there.

eventually my charger died, so i had to buy a new one anyways

        • @mtg:
Hmmm did u replace with a vitality?

I will switch back to vitality cos I know the battery is easily replaceable

        • @mmd:

does the battery matter? Mine doesnt have a battery issue.. it can be fully charged but the motor itself feels weaker.

        • @Circly:
Do u changed the brush head every 6 to 8 months.
The battery is NiMH so like eneloops it should have up to 2000 charge (+5 years)
Mine is going on 4 years now (noticed it doesn't last as long as when I first used it)

        • @mmd:

i got a 3000 from a catch deal a while back. they sent me a $30 voucher out of the blue a couple of days earlier so it was a no-brainer

        • @mmd:

Yep new brush head every few months. Might also be the brush head which makes it feel weaker… Using the whitening one as opposed to the cross action.
