    Choose Russia 🇷🇺

The term PU leather should be banned.

    • Exactly right.

The only reason they can even use the word leather is because it has a thin cheap membrane of leather underneath, for no purpose other than to use the word "leather".

The surface and what you're actually touching is Polyurethane (PU)… a plastic.

If they were being accurate, they should be calling it Polyurethane L (abbreviate the smallest component, not the largest).

You have to take these off to scan passports at most airports, just FYI. Better off with some kind of sleeve rather than a cover if you're worried about damage.

Ditto to what DYL said.. these are a pain in the butt, you already have a fistful of cabin bags, boarding pass and whatever you're forced to carry (kids?!) then you get to passport control and they give you a filthy look as though to say "How DARE you.." and ask you to remove the passport from the cover.. they won't do it for you, so then you unceremoniously dump everything on their floor while struggling to pull the rigid edges of your biometric chip embedded passport back out through the plastic inserts of its poly leather cover without bending and voiding the chip or passport… yeah… no thanks I had to learn the hard way.

      • Yep, I learnt the hard way as well. American passport control really aren't the most patient either lol

  • Didn't your passports arrive in plastic sleeves/covers already? All my family's did.

Good to get customs identifying you with the Russian state though, it’s the only way to fly

If you don't get the Russian one then you are very boring.

    • I wanted a North Korea one…

      BTW are you BrodenIt?

    • +1

      wait, are you THE broden?

      • +1

This one is the first Broden, the one who supposedly bought the 10 PS3's.
Then there is BrodenIt the one who has been absent for some time.

It's rumoured that when Broden was placed in the sin bin with no end date in sight, this led the masked individual that we know only as Broden became BrodenIt.

        • +1

          the first Broden

          Aka Broden the 1st

  • Landfill? Yeah, sure it is.

Do they have them in Caliphate colours?

    • Pretty sure you mean Turkey or Syria because IS, despite the name, is not a real state.

As cool as it might be to get a foreign cover, I don't think it'll go down too well with a customs officer.
