  • Got one, thanks OP!

  • Thanks OP, needed one since mine from this one broke: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/326403

These are the best bottles I've had, I bought 5 for my family and everyone loved theirs but sadly I couldn't find it anywhere.

    or on the trial

OJ should have had one of these..

  • +1

Delivery is $6 to ACT, otherwise free delivery with Prime or orders over $49.

    • Ship bait. $5 item ($6 delivery)… or spend another $44 and get it delivered for free.

      • +7

They are pushing Prime really hard going through the confirmation screens… but I refuse to pay a subscription for "bargains".
Ebay Plus and Amazon Prime can go shove it :).

Plus vote for the deal for those that can get free delivery, but otherwise shipping costs sink it.

It depends how you use the service. I've been using alot of prime video, I gift my twitch prime every month to a friend who's a streamer that helps her out too and use the prime for what it was originally meant for. Postage. Its well worth it for me.

        • +2

@sk3iron: As an example, for Twitch Prime alone it's an absolute no brainer - for the one sub it's equivalent to AUD$4.92/mo if you buy yearly and not counting the free trial month. Even at the eventual monthly Prime price of AUD$6.99 you're better off since subs are now USD$5.50 or about AUD$7.45 at the moment.

If someone used none of the extra services then yeah, it might be a bit lackluster to buy it just for the free shipping, but for those that do use the extras it becomes worthwhile quite quickly.

        • The amount I order off Amazon and eBay, Prime and Plus both pay for themselves; especially Prime which includes their video streaming service.

    • I have Prime, and shipping to ACT is free for me without any other items in the cart. Total $4.99 with shipping.

  • Is it 700, 750 or 800 ml?

    • Advertised as an 800ml bottle, even though I get why you'd ask that since markings on bottle only go to 700ml.

      It's an 800ml capacity.

  • Title says 750

    • +1

Have a look at the second picture. I reckon more than 50ml space above the 700 mark… but semantics really.

Nice find OP. Thanks. Prime trial is coming in handy!

  • Needed a new gym bottle. Cheers OP

The perfect bottle for when I'm being cross examined.

  • Will this hold Vodka or only water?

  • Found review from youtube, sounds bad.

How did you even get through that horrible review? I would take what that robot has to say with a grain of salt and even then you can't go wrong with a $5 water bottle.

    • +2

You watch YouTube review for a $5 thing? That's the true Ozbargain researching spirit!

Found review from youtube, sounds bad.

I had no idea Stephen Hawking did reviews on water bottles…

He was truly a multi-talented and remarkable person.

      • btw, you missed "trial" in the description

  • got 2
    cheers

  • Thanks OP. Bought 2

  • How do they compare with CamelBak?

  • Thanks OP, grabbed a few

Nice to see the OzB spirit shining.

  • Sorry, I have got the last 3.

  • BOTTLED JOY? They got tiddies in them?

    • Yes! A pc rebel :)

  • I've been using the same bottle, from bottled water (which I don't buy), for three years. It's lighter, cheaper, and reusable. It never leaks. I think I got it on a flight.

  • What a great deal, can anyone post more on water bottle deals, my old one cracked

    • gone

    • All gone bro?

      • There was only 2 when I posted. I got one.

        • Boozie can you post more?

  • i bought a $6 bottle that was somewhat similar in design from Aldi. It is horrible. Nightmare to get it to thread on and it leaks… Kind of defeats the purpose when it leaks, being that its core function is to retain a body of water in the receptacle.

got one of these to replace it.. High hopes OZB !

  • Order cancelled.. that's disappointing.

  • I received the clear one and there doesn't seem to be a bite valve on it. Is that normal?

    • received clear one too, bite valve seems to be there ( as per 4th pic down on amazon webpage )

      • Bite valve to me suggests that you need to bite onto the straw for it to flow. This doesn’t seem to be the case. I could be totally wrong but that’s what I thought the bite valve was

        • That's what it should be.

  • Got mine today, seems good for $5.

I noticed it drips a little initially after the spout is bent down when the bottle is filled to the brim, but it doesn't drip when there's about 1+ cm of room.

  • mine arrived yesty. Very happy for the price. Aldi version is going straight in the bin.

Mine is also white/clear, not a big deal. One thing i dont love is the little tab to lift the spout is a bit 'dicky' to grab.
