  • This is a steal! The wild hibiscus syrup normally costs $9.99 by itself. I bought a jar last week. T_T

    • approximately how many flowers are there in a jar?

      • +1

        contains approx 11 flowers

  • this is actually a great deal

very speccie way to look like you have forked out $$ and made lots of effort

    :( - no Tasmania

REP how about organising a few BWS down in Tasmania (since you are all woolworths?)

you could just do the big ones if ya lazy :P

  • Lol do we get to taste the flower syrup? Wondering what it tastes like…

    • The jar describes the flower as having a raspberry and rhubarb flavour.

  • ah very nice. might go down for a tasting. was bummed I missed last weeks tasting of the cider, theres no cider tastings this week :(

  • What do you use it for ???

    • +1

You put it in champagne to give it a nice color, look and taste!

        thanks…

Most suitable for poorer quality bubbly (can make a bad wine palatable). Some would say adding it to fine champagne is sacrilege.

    Good deal!

Wonder if you get a jar for each bottle you buy?

        Hi jacklynhydejr and jv,

Yes, we do reserve the right to limit quantities but in this case you get a jar for every bottle you buy (while stocks last) as we're trying to spread the love of Valentine :) Enjoy!

Enjoyed the tastings DM…went in for a bottle, left with 6!

Our fine wine lady in the Frankston store is excellent!

    • Hi Jacklynhydejr,

  • I bought a bottle from dan murphys willoughby with the flowers on Saturday. I enjoyed the taste that I was offered.

Also the Jim Beam was cheaper at $26 something. Didnt get it though as my local sells for $25 and its not my first choice in bourbon.

    • Hi Nubzy,

Glad you enjoyed the tasting! Enjoy the Matua and flowers.

      Cheers,
