    I don't get why ozbargain has such a Hard-on for these cables. I have 2, both only work if you hold the USB-A side in a certain position.

    The second cable was a free replacement for the first which was DOA. Didn't bother with warranty after the second one started acting up.

        I would agree but before I got the first one replaced I tested it with multiple chargers that work perfectly fine with other cables including the cable that came with my phone.

        If I can test 3 different chargers and 3 different cables I've done a pretty solid job of narrowing the problem down. The cables look nice but I can't say my experience has been positive.

        I never break cables. These are the only cables I own that are faulty.

      Sounds like you may have bought counterfeit cables or something wrong with your charging brick.

      These are great. Bought this 2 pack for $23 from Amazon delivered a few months ago. Still a great deal at that price, hated the ‘just too short’ stock iPhone cable.
