"We’re ‘On Show’ in Sydney’s Biggest Backyard for our Western Sydney Workout Tour!
Join us and help celebrate Western Sydney Parklands’ 50 Years in the Making and take advantage of a special Workout Tour in Sydney like none before!
The Spartan Workout Tour will benefit first timers, as well as our Spartan veterans, as you take on various body weight workouts over the three hour period. You’ll not only learn new training techniques, but you’ll challenge your mind, meet like-minded people and will know at the end what it’s like to train like a Spartan!
When: Saturday 4th August 2018. 7am-10am
Where: The Dairy - Western Sydney Parklands
What: 6 x 20-minute workouts, run by some of Sydney's best trainers
Led by Spartan Master Trainer, Shane Yost and Kids Race Director, Pomare Koroheke Withell you can expect it to be a challenging, yet a meaningful workout! The fitness professionals will be announced in the coming weeks leading up to the Workout Tour!
Whether you're already in training for Spartan Race or just want to come along and make some friends, everyone is welcome! If you have friends who want to join your Spartan team but are worried they're not fit enough, this morning will be a great opportunity to ask questions and shake off any of those jitters!
What will you need for the session? Just some comfortable training clothes, a water bottle and your Eventbrite barcode to be scanned. Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start.
