Yeah, I have to agree with this, unfortunately. Stick with hot'n'spicy chicken or popcorn chicken. If you want nuggets, Macca's are much better than KFC. Now why couldn't KFC create hot'n'spicy popcorn chicken, instead of faffing around with something they know nothing about? shakes head

The hot and spicy nuggets are actually okay. Seem to be made from real chicken meat not mush.

I bought this bucket a few months ago, ate the nuggets over a period of 4-5 days. Didn't end up feeling that great afterwards.

I consider a meal to be about 8 nuggets, so 1 bucket is 3 meals. But I'm not going to eat the same meal 3 days in a row, hence why I spaced it out over 5 days.
LOL I'm not sure if I'm just a fatso, but I ate all 24 for dinner (+ a longneck) 😂
Too many at once. You're not giving your body enough time to burn off the calories. Unless of course you run a half marathon afterwards, which I doubt you did.
5426 kj (1297 cal) for 24 nuggets isn't that bad considering 2 sides are 4140 kj (990 cal) and that doesn't even include the burger.
Btw fast food is designed to be eaten when you order it, not 5 days later..

Could be worse but it's not just the calories - your body's not really designed to digest that much food at once. If I was eating 24 in one day I would at least want to space it out over several hours.
@MrZ: I spaced it out over probably the majority of a movie - maybe a bit less. Probably an hour all up max. Ate it like popcorn haha
@MrZ: of course the body processes it, that is bunk. If it didn't it would be excreted in the faeces.
It's fine to eat those calories together or spaced, it doesn't change anything.
This makes a good speed challenge. Whoever finishes 24 nuggets in the shortest amount of time. I found stuffing 2.5 nuggets in my mouth at a time to be the most efficient but YMMV.
I thought the challenge was whoever can last the longest without going to the toilet after eating all the nuggets wins :)

Heads up hot & spicy nugs taste nothing like H&S chicken and aren't even spicy - stick to the original nuggets + supercharge sauce

Which one has more chicken content in it? Maccas or KFC?
I know Maccas has tempura coating on them.
For some reason you have to ask for the sauces, if not they put no sauce on the receipt. Kind of like ordering a burger meal and you have to say you want the chips and drink otherwise they assume you don't want it.
That just sounds like very poorly trained staff. I've never NOT received sauces from any of my nugs purchase from KFC. Sure, sometimes I ask for certain sauce and they give me the wrong ones, other times I dont ask and they give me 4 random sauces, but always sauce.
