    GooBang Doo

Who came up with that name?

    • +1

      It's Asian fusion

Looks like it has 800x480 output resolution.
So about 18% of the pixels of actual 1080p.

  • +8

    Native Resolution: 800*480
    False tittle

I love how all of these are calling themselves '1080p' projectors, because they can take a 1080p input. They can't display 1080p natively, they can only downscale. It's so misleading.
There are various other misleading projectors for less - so negging, as there is no bargain to be had here.

Everytime Im looking for 1080p or 4k native projector these are the kind that floods the shopping search results on every sites. Just causes frustration and loss of time trying to filter through specs.

    • Just filter all the sub $200 ones

  • I've purchased a cheap project before - not this brand, but around this price. The image quality and sound are as low as the price. The advertising is definitely at the same level. Certainly not worth it.

  • For what it’s worth…76% 5 star reviews.

Take those with a pinch (or bucket) of salt.

Mind you, the two videos provided by customers seem decent.

  • Yep. Terrible projector as it can't do 1080p.
