  I have the Z5050BT (older and standard size) and it's fantastic… Having used the other brands before I find a lot of them slow, complicated to use and relatively more complex to install - Pioneer all the way! Great for those non standard DIN housings

    And also, does it have a system-wide EQ option that's applied regardless which phone is connected to it, and regardless of bluetooth vs aux?

      Pretty quick, there is a disclaimer you have to accept though - I believe it auto accepts after a few minutes though.

      As for the other point - unsure but I will check for you (I believe it is not per source)

    What car?

    You could measure the space the the current head unit is in but if it has some sort of integrated stereo (one that doesn't just look like a box stuck in the dash) then you will need to get a fascia kit. They are normally double din unless space proves that only a single din will fit
