How to train with a PowerDot?

• Once you have easily installed the application, it will walk you through setup including the synchronisation of the pads with your phone

  According to replies on Amazon. You can only use genuine power dot electrode pads with this.

  They also suggest replacement every 30-40 sessions.

    In the OP, every 20-30 uses - $40 for a replacement set. So ~$500-$600/year. Admittedly I don't have much interest in the product, it's possible the replacement set is actually multiple sets.

    Yes, you can only use genuine electro pods compatible with Powerdot. On average, one set of PowerDot electrode pads is good enough to last for 20-25 stimulation sessions.
