seems if you add a free ship item to your cart all other items are free shipping

What the hell! They changed their site slightly. And now the "on sale" section merely redirects to the catalogue. And you can no longer sort by highest savings on anything. That's the worst! That was the best feature and made it the best site ever. Very disappointed.
Also it'd be nice if there was a way of telling which things are free shipping, without having to add every item individually to your cart and check out each time.
edit: I legitimately left them feedback about it, but I doubt they care haha. It was probably deliberate because of ozbargainers just buying the hell out of everything that had zero margins for sale.
I emailed them also yesterday saying the exact same thing, that the "On Sale" section only redirects to the catalogue and there's no way of sorting by highest savings. That was really the only way i used their website.
They replied back last night saying they have passed my feedback on to the development team.
lol nice work. That is legitimately 99% of the way I use their site. I sometimes read the catalogue or search for something specific with only one result, but otherwise i always do that highest savings thing. So cut haha. I legitimately probably will buy fewer things with this new change now because who has time to scroll through all of their items for deals. And surely those highest savings things weren't at or below cost price
I buy quite a lot of stuff from SuperCheap and yes, with the site change i will be using it a lot less and in turn will buy less. I will check out the catalogues from time to time, but impulse buys from the sale section is now done and dusted. The new site is terrible, there's nothing about it that's better than the old site and its just change for the sake of change.
Never thought this day would come, but Repco now has a better website then SuperCheap at least they dont use annoying infinite scroll pages.
They allow multiple gift cards in the checkout now, which they didn't before.
That's a bonus
It would be interesting to know the cheapest free shipping item as this could be used when making bigger orders.
Perhaps you could link one ot two free shipping items to make this remotely a usable bargain?
