        Maybe I dreamt about a cheaper version because a quick search and I can't find anything about it, I think they are a case of if it's seems too good to be true, it probably is. Not sure what the scam is though.

    They are scams i bought one these Chinese sellers "sell" allot of cheap items to get there rating up then sell more expensive but still cheap items take your money then either send you a piece of plastic or send to an invalid address/name.
